12-1-9.1. APPEAL.

An appeal of the Review Commission decisions may be made to the RST Attorney General, by the community organization involved, if the decision rendered is inconsistent with this Tribal Law or the Constitution of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe.

  1. The appeal shall be in writing and shall state the decision rendered by the Review Commission and the applicable tribal laws which the Commission’s decision is inconsistent with.
