12-1-9.2. REVIEW.

The RST Attorney General, upon review, shall determine any violation(s) as cited by the community organization.

  1. The RST Attorney General shall remand the matter back to the Review
    Commission for further deliberations provided the ruling is in favor of the appealing community, otherwise the Review Commission’s decision is final, conclusive, and binding on the community organization in question.
