13-6-101. TRIBAL GAMING BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

In addition to the General Manager for the facility, there shall be established a Tribal Gaming Board of Directors which shall serve in policy oversight role over the non-regulatory operations of the gaming operation. In event the Tribe enters into a management contract approved by the NIGC, the Board may delegate some of their duties to the approved management contractor. Regulation of the gaming operation shall be the sole responsibility of the Tribal Gaming Commission.
