13-7-105. NOMINEES AND STANDARDS.

Nominees for positions of Tribal Gaming Commissioner must satisfy suitable standards set forth for key employees and primary management officials, found in Chapter 13 of this Ordinance. Such background investigations shall be performed under the direction of the Tribal Council or designated official.
