15-3-126. QUALIFICATIONS OF DIRECTORS.

The articles of incorporation or bylaws may prescribe qualifications for directors. A director need not be a resident of the Reservation or a member of the corporation unless the articles of incorporation or bylaws so prescribe. A director shall be an individual who is at least 18 years of age.
