15-4-115. STATUS AND IMMUNITIES OF COMMUNITY GOVERNMENTS AND MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS.

Local community governments and municipal corporations described in this Part are subdivisions of tribal government, have the same legal status described in Section 104 of this Chapter with respect to tribal entities, and are subject to the same specific provisions of Section 106 of this Chapter with respect to tribal entities.
