15-4-116. SCHOOLS.

Any legally established organization comprising primarily Indians which is sanctioned or chartered by the Tribe, or which is democratically elected by the adult members of the Indian community served by the organization, and which has its purpose the operation of an accredited school shall have the same immunities from suit as those described in Section 106 of this Chapter.
