18-13-104. CRITERIA FOR CONDITIONAL USES.
- Special uses identified in Chapter Twenty One may be permitted only if it is shown that:
- There is no other reasonably practical alternative site for the use of elsewhere that would not cause greater disruption to the goals of this Title.
- The special use is designed and cited so as to minimize the utilization of high quality agricultural land for non-agricultural uses.
- The use does not materially alter the stability of the overall land use pattern of the Primary Agricultural Zone.
- Other conditional uses may be permitted only if it is shown that:
- The use is compatible and does not interfere with agricultural activities on adjacent lands;
- Agricultural activities on adjacent lands are compatible with and do not interfere with the conditional use;
- The use is so designed and sited so as to minimize the utilization of high quality agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes; and
- The use does not materially alter the stability of the overall land use pattern of the Primary Agricultural Zone.
