18-18-112. REVIEW OF PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REZONE.

If, within one year after the granting of an application for a Planned Unit Development Zone, substantial construction has not been performed on the approved project, the Commission shall review on its own motion the grant of such application at a public hearing after giving notice of such hearing in the same mode and manner as notice is given of a hearing upon an application for a Planned Unit Development Zone pursuant to § 18-18-105. In addition, such notice shall be given to all persons claiming any right, title or interest of record in and to the affected property and shall be given at least 20 days prior to such hearing.
