18-4-126. COMMISSION IS STATE AGENCY FOR PURPOSES OF FEDERAL LAW.

The Land Use and Environment Commission shall be designated as a state agency for all state purposes of the Clean Water Act, codified at 33 U.S.C. §§ 1251-1387; the Solid Waste Disposal Act, codified at 42 U.S.C. §§ 6901-6992 k; and the Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments of 1984, Pub. L. 98-616, as amended by January 1, 1992.
