19-7-104. EXEMPTION FOR FARMING OPERATIONS.

No provisions of this Chapter shall be construed so as to prohibit a farmer or rancher from disposing solid waste resulting from normal farming operations upon his own land where such disposal does not create a nuisance or a public health hazard, does not include substances defined as hazardous or toxic wastes under this Title, or does not otherwise violate tribal law.
