19-7-120. REUSABLE, RECYCLABLE OR BIODEGRADABLE CONTAINERS REQUIRED.

After enactment of this Title, no beverage container may be sold or offered for sale within the historical boundaries of the Rosebud Reservation, as defined in§ 19-2-101 (8), unless it is reusable, recyclable, or biodegradable. After enactment of this Title, no beverage container may be sold or offered for sale within the historical boundaries of the Rosebud Reservation, as defined in § 19-2-101 (8), if the beverage container is connected to another beverage container by a device constructed of a material that is not biodegradable or photodegradable.
