20-16-101. PURPOSE OF FUND.

It is hereby declared to be in the public interest, in order to permit full and adequate regulation of public utilities as defined in Chapter 20-1-102, and telecommunications companies as defined in Chapter 20-4-101 (1) (a), to establish a fund known as the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Utilities Commission User Fee Fund.
