20-3-115. TRIBAL UTILITY COMMISSION DIRECTOR.

The Council shall appoint a Tribal Utility Commission Director who shall be a full time paid employee of the Tribe and shall be subject to all applicable provisions of the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual. The Director shall have primary responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Commission, pursuant to delegation of authority by the Commission, including supervision of all Commission employees. The Director shall not be a member of the Commission.
