8-10-12. FINALITY OF EXCLUSION ORDER.

An Exclusion Order entered pursuant to this Ordinance shall be final. Any person so excluded may apply to the Tribal Council to have the order modified or vacated at such time as the order provides, or if the order makes no such provision, after one year. The Tribal Council may refer such application to the Tribal Court for its recommendation as to what action the Council should take, but such recommendation shall in no way bind the Council. A prior Exclusion Order may be modified or vacated only by majority vote of the Tribal Council.
