8-10-2. WHO MAY BE EXCLUDED; EXTENT OF EXCLUSION.

Any non-member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe, except a person authorized by federal law to be present on Rosebud lands, may be temporarily or permanently excluded and removed from all or any portion of Rosebud lands.
