8-3-2.1. SOURCES OF RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS AND REMEDIES - AMENDMENT.

The rights, obligations and remedies of landlords, as defined in this code, are contained in and their applicability are listed in order of significance as precedent in dispute resolution:

1. The laws of the Tribe;
2. Tribal building or housing codes;
   
3. Other laws which are made applicable through the provisions of the Rosebud Tribal Code;
   
4. Agreements with occupiers of dwellings.
