8-3-5.8. FORM OF JUDGMENT - AMENDMENT.

The judgment shall state the relief granted by the Court to any party and shall state findings of fact or conclusion of law in support of the judgment. The prevailing party shall cause to be served upon the losing party a copy of the judgment and notice of entry of judgment by either mailing a copy to the last known address or by hand-delivering of the same a minimum of five (5) days prior to executing upon such judgment.
