8-9-8. TIME OF HEARING; MEMORANDUM TO PLAINTIFF.

The Clerk shall fix the time set for hearing. The time fixed should be sufficient to enable registered or certified mail by regular course, or person service, to each Defendant and to enable Defendant to appear in person or by attorney before the Court. The Clerk shall give to the person signed the claim a memorandum of the time and place set for hearing.
