1207. REVOCATION OF LICENSE.

If any business is more than sixty days delinquent in the payment of any taxes, interest, or penalties imposed by this Code, or is otherwise not in compliance with tribal law, the Tax Commission may after notice and opportunity for hearing, revoke the tribal business license of such business. Appeal from the a decision by the Tax Commission revoking a business license may be taken in the same manner and under the same terms as provided in Chapter 4 of this Code for petitions for redetermination.
