1208. REINSTATEMENT OF LICENSE.

The Tax Commission may, upon application, reinstate a business license that has been revoked pursuant to Section 1207 upon the payment of all taxes, penalties, and interest owed by the business pursuant to this Code, provided the business is otherwise in compliance with tribal law, and provided further that the Tax Commission may require as a condition of such reinstatement that the applicant furnish a bond to the Tribe, or other adequate security, as security for payment of any tribal taxes that may become due.
