1312. AGREEMENT BY LICENSEE TO GRANT ACCESS FOR INSPECTION PURPOSES.

Every licensee under this Ordinance as a condition of the grant of a tribal license, consents to the inspection of his premises, including all buildings, safe cabinets, lockers and storerooms thereon. Such inspection shall be available upon the demand of the Tax Commission. These inspections shall be conducted by a duly appointed designee of the Tax Commission or Tribal or Federal police. All books and records dealing with the sale and ownership of alcoholic beverages shall be open for inspection purposes by the Tax Commission.
