1404. MOTOR FUEL TAX RATES.

The motor fuel tax rates for the tax imposed by this chapter are as follows:

  1. Motor fuel, except ethanol blends $.22 per gallon;
  2. Ethanol blends $.20 per gallon;
  3. Motor fuel for aircrafts 4.06 per gallon;
  4. Special fuels (including diesel) $.22 per gallon
