1407. MONTHLY REPORT.

Such motor fuel excise tax shall be collected by the motor fuel tax retailer offering the fuel for sale or use to the ultimate consumer. Such fuel retailer shall keep accurate and complete records of all motor fuel sales or transactions which occur within the Rosebud Reservation.
