1408. ADDITION OF TAX TO PRICE OF PRODUCT - COLLECTION OF TAX AT RETAIL LEVEL.

Motor fuel retail licensee may add the tax imposed by this Chapter to the price of their product as provided by law. Such motor fuel excise tax shall only be collected once on any gallon of fuel.
