1409. STATE MOTOR FUEL EXCISE TAX PRE-EMPTED.

No state motor fuel excise tax shall be collected on motor fuel sold to or used within the territory of the Rosebud Indian Reservation upon Indians under the jurisdiction of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe.
