1412. TAX EXEMPTION OF FUEL TO APPROVED TRIBAL INDIAN SCHOOL.

The tax imposed by this Ordinance shall not be collected from or paid by any entity owned by the Rosebud Sioux Tribe or any tribally controlled school.
