1506. HEARING AVAILABLE ON DENIAL OF PERMIT.

Any person aggrieved by the denial of a permit, may within thirty-days after service of the notice of a denial by the Tax Commission demand and is entitled to a hearing, upon notice, before the Tax Commission.
