5-11-4. DISCHARGE OF A WEAPON IN A PUBLIC PLACE.

Any person who willfully discharges any firearm, air gun, bow and arrow, or other weapon, in any public place, or in any place where there is any person likely to be endangered thereby, although no injury to any person results, is guilty of discharge of a weapon in a public place.

Discharge of a weapon in public place is a Class A crime.
