5-15-18. ALL FACILITIES.

All facilities covered by this section shall be operated in a safe and sanitary manner. Humane treatment of animals, as covered under this Ordinance is required. Penalty for violation of this subsection shall be a fine set by the Licensing Authority and/or revocation of all permits, and possible impoundment of animals within the facility, dependent on the severity of the in-humane treatment found during inspections or reports of cruelty.
