5-15-25. DUTY TO REPORT.

When any person is bitten by an animal, it shall be the duty of such person or his parent or guardian and the owner or keeper of the animal to immediately notify the Licensing Authority, IHS Office of Environmental Health (OEH), or the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement of the incident.
