5-15-32. NUISANCE.

No animal owner or keeper to harbor or maintain or permit on any lot, parcel of land or premise under his/her control, any dog or other animal which by any sound or cry shall disturb the peace and comfort of the inhabitants, of the neighborhood or interfere with any person in the reasonable and comfortable enjoyment of life or property.
