5-15-35. VICIOUS ANIMALS.

No person shall keep any animal known to be vicious (by breed or nature) and liable to attack and injure a human being or other animal unless such animal(s) is securely kept so as to prevent injury to any person, pet or livestock. The owner of such an animal must post signs on his property warning others to beware of the animal. Signs must be in clear view prior to entering the property.
