5-15-40. EXOTIC, WILDLIFE AND ENDANGERED SPECIES.

It is a nuisance and shall be unlawful for any person to keep, harbor, or maintain or to sell native fur bearers, bears, exotic cats, venomous and constrictive snakes, any endangered species, or dangerous reptiles, amphibians, or exotic rodents, or wildlife, as pets.
