5-15-41. ANIMAL SHELTER.

An animal shelter shall be established for the purpose and caring for any animal impounded under the provisions of this Ordinance, and such shelter shall be constructed to facilitate cleaning and sanitizing and shall provide adequate water and lighting. The animal shelter shall be operated in a safe and sanitary manner and shall meet Indian Health Service Standards, as well as the Standards of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe.
