5-16-11. THREATENING OR INTIMIDATING A JUDICIAL OFFICER.

Any person who, directly or indirectly, utters or addresses any threat or intimation to any juror, referee, arbitrator, judge, hearing officer, umpire, assessor, or Tribal official authorized by law to hear or determine any controversy, with the intent to induce him either to do any act not authorized by law, or to omit or delay the performance of any duty imposed upon him by law, or for having performed any duty imposed upon him by law,

is guilty of a Class A crime.
