5-16-15. FAILURE TO APPEAR.

Any person who, having been released pursuant to a posted bond, bail, or personal recognizance or any other release agreement, fails to appear before any Court or Judicial Officer as required shall forfeit any security which was given or pledged for such person’s release and shall be Guilty of Failure to Appear.

Failure to Appear is a Class A crime.
