5-21-2. MAKING FALSE CREDIT REPORT.

Any person who knowingly makes a materially false or misleading statement in writing for the purpose of obtaining property or credit or an extension of credit for himself or another person or to keep some other person from obtaining property or credit or an extension of credit is guilty of making a false credit report.
Making a false credit report is a Class B crime.
