5-26-2. CRIMINAL SIMULATION.

Any person who, with the intent to defraud, makes, alters, completes, or attempts to sell or circulate as genuine, any object other than a written instrument, so that the same appears to have valued because of antiquity, rarity, source, or authorship which it does not actually possess, is guilty of criminal simulation.

Criminal simulation is a Class B crime.
