5-28-11 Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance

Except as authorized by this Act, any person who knowingly or intentionally possesses a controlled substance listed in Schedules I through V unless the substances was obtained directly from, or pursuant to a valid prescription or order, of a practitioner while acting in the course of his professional practice, is guilty of a Class B crime.
