5-28-9 Regulation of Manufacture, Distribution and Dispensing of Controlled Substances

1. Registration Requirements
   1. Every person who manufactures, distributes, analyzes, or dispenses any controlled substance within the exterior boundaries of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Indian Reservation must possess a valid registration from the South Dakota State Board of Pharmacy. Said registrations must be obtained annually and be in compliance with all rules and regulations promulgated by the State.
   2. Persons, registered with the State of South Dakota or the United States of America to manufacture, distribute, dispense, analyze or conduct research with controlled substances may possess, manufacture, distribute, dispense, analyze or conduct research with those substances to the extent authorized by their registration.
