5-31-2. FAILURE TO DISPERSE.
Any person who refuses or willfully fails to obey an order to disperse or leave the immediate vicinity given by a law enforcement officer or other public servant performing the function of a law enforcement officer at the scene of a riot, fire, or other public disorder or given in the course of executing or enforcing the law or in the course of investigation of the scene of an accident or the commission of a fire, crime, or suspected crime is guilty of failure to disperse.
Failure to disperse is a Class B crime.
