5-31-5. DRIVE BY SHOOTING.

Any person who discharges a firearm or causes the propulsion of any explosive or explosive device from a motor vehicle whether the vehicle is moving or stopped at the time of the discharge or propulsion is guilty of Drive-By Shooting.

Drive-By Shooting is a Class A crime.
