5-31-6. PARTICIPATING IN DRIVE-BY SHOOTING.

Any person who of his or her own will is physically present in a vehicle used in a drive-by shooting is guilty of Participating in Drive-By Shooting.

Participating in Drive-By Shooting is a Class A crime.
