5-36-13. COOPERATION.

The Tribal Council, Tribal Chairman, or their designee is authorized to cooperate with an enter into agreements with and accept grants-in-aid from any agency of the State of South Dakota, Indian Tribal Authority, or the United States Government for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this Code.
