5-37-7. Confidentiality

All records, files, and information concerning disabled adult abuse reports are confidential, and no disclosure or release of such information shall be made except as authorized Section Six (6) of this Act. Any person who knowingly violates the confidential nature of such records, files, and information shall be criminally liable.
