5-40-10. ENFORCEMENT AND PROSECUTION.

This chapter shall be enforced by all law enforcement officers, Tribal or Bureau of Indian Affairs, any officers of the Department of Game, Fish and Parks, and any other officers or persons authorized by the Rosebud Sioux Tribe to enforce Tribal law. Prosecutions for violation of this chapter shall be conducted by the prosecutors for the Rosebud Sioux Tribe. The prosecutor of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe may also file for an injunction against continuing violations.
