5-40-11. INJUNCTION OF VIOLATIONS-CITIZENS’ SUITS-ALTERNATIVE OR IN ADDITION TO CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter may be enjoined from further violations in the Rosebud Sioux Tribal Court. Such suits may be brought by any person. An action for injunction shall be an alternative to, or in addition to, criminal proceedings. Nothing in this section shall prevent any person from bringing a civil action for any damage of any nature whatsoever sustained as a result of any violations of this chapter.
