5-42-13 Date of Birth

  1. Date of Birth. The Rosebud Sioux Tribe Police Department or designee shall obtain, and a covered sex offender shall provide, the following information related to the sex offender’s date of birth:
    1. The sex offender’s actual date of birth, and
    2. Any other date of birth used by the sex offender.
