5-42-22 Physical Description

  1. Physical Description. The Rosebud Sioux Tribe Police Department or designee shall obtain and the covered sex offender shall provide an accurate description of the sex offender as follows:
    1. A physical description,
    2. A general description of the sex offender’s physical appearance or characteristics, and
    3. Any identifying marks, such as, but not limited to, scars, moles, birthmarks, tattoos or body piercings.
